About Me

Hey, it’s me!

I was raised in a Christian household and found comfort in my church community. For me, God was fellowship.

However, as I grew older, I began to question my faith, which sent me into a deep depression.

In college, I discovered Buddhism and yoga, which not only helped me emerge from the darkness, but also opened my mind to the possibility of a universal thread of love connecting all spiritual paths.

Throughout my studies in psychology, I delved into self-inquiry and learned how to become aware of my thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Although my twenties were a dark time, I had many adventures and so many beautiful experiences — moving to Colorado and traveling the world, having a baby girl with my true love and starting my own business.

I eventually found my way back to a belief in Jesus Christ, Buddha, and other spiritual masters. Despite this newfound awareness, I still struggled with depression and anxiety until the birth of my daughter forced me to confront my pain and seek out a supportive community of women. I couldn’t find one that I felt super connected to, so I made my own! It took me 4 years to really get it going and flowing, but it is alive and well today. (The Sisterhood Co-op is a small group of women changing the world by practicing vulnerability, compassion, and community — in its truest sense. We help raise one another’s children and we support each other in great celebrations and deep tragedies. We are redefining “it takes a village” for the modern era.)

After the birth of my son in 2020, my intuitive abilities suddenly became acute, enabling me to sense deep truths about others and help them release their pent-up emotions.

Joining a coaching group showed me the power of a loving community, which inspired me to create my own space for spiritual seekers dedicated to breaking ancestral chains and spreading love and light wherever they go.

Now, as Headmaster of The Elevate! Academy, I consider it my divine privilege to provide resources and hold space for women on their sacred journeys inward.

With a dedication to discovering the highest expression of myself and helping others do the same, I hope to inspire anyone seeking their own path to spiritual fulfillment.

I enjoy a lot of normal spiritual human things — yoga, reading, painting, hiking, semi-long walks on the beach, and baking.

I am wholly devoted to my husband and family. I do my best to see God in them and everyone I meet. I serve with an open heart.
